LICENSE AGREEMENT and TERMS of USE

This License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your use of www.JudicialCaselaw.com ("JudicialCaselaw.com"). The words “you” or “your” or similar references refer to all users of JudicialCaselaw.com as Licensees. The words “we,” “us” and “our” or similar terms refer to the Licensor of JudicialCaselaw.com and its services.

Your use of JudicialCaselaw.com confirms your consent to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound, then you should not use JudicialCaselaw.com. Advertising Acceptance, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

JudicialCaselaw.com reserves the right to reject any advertisement submitted to it. It is the advertiser's responsibility to insure the correctness of all advertisements submitted to JudicialCaselaw.com. We retain the right to correct spelling errors and to create final ad layouts at our sole discretion. Such changes WILL NOT constitute grounds for any refund or credit. If the advertiser notifies JudicialCaselaw.com in writing of its intent to cancel its advertisement submittal BEFORE the advertisement has been displayed on JudicialCaselaw.com, the advertiser will be eligible for a refund of the amount actually paid for the advertising placement. NO REFUND will be granted for ANY advertisement that has been displayed on JudicialCaselaw.com. This Agreement and our Privacy Policy contain the final and entire agreement between us regarding your use of JudicialCaselaw.com and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral or written agreements regarding your use of JudicialCaselaw.com. We may discontinue or change JudicialCaselaw.com or its availability to you at any time. Any accommodation or change in practice by us that is supplemental or even inconsistent with this Agreement will not constitute an amendment of this Agreement or a waiver of any right or obligation in this Agreement. This Agreement is personal to you, which means that you may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone. No third party is a beneficiary of this Agreement. You agree that this Agreement, as well as any and all claims arising from this Agreement, will be governed by and construed in solely accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States of America applicable to contracts made entirely within Kansas and wholly performed in Kansas, without regard to any conflict or choice of law principles, and otherwise shall be construed solely in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kansas or the United States of America. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of this Agreement will be an appropriate federal or state court located in Wyandotte or Johnson County, Kansas. This is not an Agreement for the sale of goods and, in any event, this Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, or by the laws of any country other than the United States of America nor any state other than the State of Kansas.

IRS CIRCULAR 230:

ANY U.S. FEDERAL TAX ADVICE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR PUBLISHED ON JUDICIALCASELAW WAS NOT INTENDED OR WRITTEN TO BE USED, AND CANNOT BE USED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF (1) AVOIDING PENALTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED ON A TAXPAYER OR (2) PROMOTING, MARKETING, OR RECOMMENDING TO ANOTHER PARTY ANY TRANSACTION OR OTHER MATTER ADDRESSED HEREIN OR ON JUDICIALCASELAW.
