  • SCREENING ORDER re (Document 1) Plaintiff's Complaint signed by Judge J P Stadtmueller on 5/17/2022. Defendants Paul S Kemper, Ms Diebold, Michelle Bones, Brad Hompe, and Cindy O'Donnell are DISMISSED from this action. Plaintiff may PROCEED on a claim of cruel and unusual conditions of confinement in violation of the Eighth Amendment against Defendant Sergeant Mays. A copy of the Complaint and this Order to be electronically SENT to the Wisconsin DOJ for service on Defendant, who shall FI LE a responsive pleading within 60 days. Defendant to FILE any exhaustion-related challenges in a motion for summary judgment within 45 days. (Document 8) Plaintiff's Motion to Appoint Counsel is DENIED. (Document 8) Plaintiff's Motion for Protectiv e Order is GRANTED to the extent that he seeks to restrict access to his medical records; the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to restrict access to ECF No. 9-1.
