ORDER, as it appears from Plaintiffs motion (Document 4) for leave to proceed in forma pauperis that he is unable to pay the filing fee, this motion will be GRANTED. Because Plaintiff is a TDOC inmate, he will be ASSESSED the civil fili ng fee of $350.00. The custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account will be DIRECTED to submit payments as set forth.
