MEMORANDUM & ORDER; Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Document 2) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. The custodian of Plaintiffs inmate trust account is DIRECTED to submit the filing fee to the Clerk in the manner set forth. The Clerk is DIRECTED to substitute Blount County as a Defendant herein in the place of the Blount County Detention Facility; all other claims in the complaint and Defendant Sheriff Berrong are DISMISSED.
