Because the Court CERTIFIED in its Memorandum Opinion that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, Plaintiff is DENIED leave to proceed in forma pauperis on any subsequent appeal.   • ORDER Plaintiff's initial motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Document 2) is GRANTED, and his subsequent motion for same (Document 15) is DENIED as moot. Plaintiff is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of $350.00. The custodian o f Plaintiffs inmate trust account is DIRECTED to submit the filing fee to the Clerk in the manner set forth. Plaintiff is ORDERED to file an amended complaint addressing his claim that he has been denied cancer treatment while housed at the Sulliv an County Jail. As no claims have survived against them, all named Defendants are hereby DISMISSED. This Memorandum and Order has determined which of Plaintiffs claims are justiciable, and therefore, Plaintiff's motion asking the Court to reco nsider his motions to proceed (Document 21) is DENIED.
