OPINION & ORDER: There being no just reason for delay, the court enters partial judgment in favor of Edutec as to Counts 1, 4, 6, 7, and 8 of the amended complaint and orders the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court to disburse to Educational Technical College Inc. the amount of $161,262.92 from the courts Registry Account. With no further request for relief pending against the Puerto Rico court defendants, the amended complaint is hereby dismissed as to them. In light of the relief being provided under the other counts of the amended complaint, Count 5 is dismissed as moot. A separate partial judgment will be entered.
