DECISION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part (Document 25) Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. All claims against the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Kevin M. Henderson, and Christian H. Smith are dismissed with prejudice. Prior to determining the sufficiency of the amended complaint with respect to the claims against the Doe defendants, the Court will permit Plaintiff to conduct limited discovery to ascertain the identities of the Doe defendants.
