  • DECISION AND ORDER I find that the Appeals Council did not err in declining to remand the matter for consideration of additional evidence, that the ALJ fulfilled his duty to complete the record, that his decision is supported by substantial evidence and was not the product of legal error. The plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Document 12) is denied, the Commissioner's cross motion for judgment on the pleadings (Document 14) is granted, and the complaint is dismissed.
