CONCLUSION: For the foregoing reasons, the Government's motions in limine are granted in part and denied in part, and the Defendants' motions in limine are granted in part and deni ed in part, as explained above. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motions at ECF Nos. 352, 353, 355, 366, 373, 382.
