  • JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL CASE as to Deeyazen Abdulla (2). THE DEFENDANT: pleaded guilty to count One (1). Counts and any underlying indictments are dismissed on the motion of the United States. IMPRISONMENT: 24 months as to Count One (1). The court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: that the defendant be designated to the nearest suitable facility in the New York City Metropolitan area in order to facilitate the maintenance of family ties. The Court recommends that the defendant be afforded GED programming and other educational opportunities. The Court also recommends that the defendant be afforded substance abuse treatment. The defendant shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution desig nated by the Bureau of Prisons: before 2 p.m. on May 14, 2020. SUPERVISED RELEASE: 3 years as to Count One (1). ASSESSMENT: $100.00. Special instructions regarding the payment of criminal monetary penalties: Defendant is to pay a special asses sment of$100.00 to be paid in quarterly installments of $25.00 through the BOP's Inmate Financial Responsibility Program.
