  • ORDER GOVERNING CONDITONS OF RELEASE as to Melanie Williams-Bethea. IT HEREBY IS ORDERED The Bureau of Prisons shall release MELANIE WILLIAMS-BETHEA, the defendant, immediately and in any event no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2020; MELANIE WILLIAMS -BETHEA, the defendant, shall upon release self-isolate by having no more than the minimum necessary and practicable contact with other individuals for 14 days following the date of her release from custody; The mandatory conditions, standard conditi ons, and special conditions of supervised release from the original sentence of MELANIE WILLIAMS-BETHEA, the defendant, shall be imposed upon her release from custody; and MELANIE WILLIAMS-BETHEA, the defendant is ordered to serve 12 months of her term of 36 months of supervised release under home detention, to be enforced by GPS Monitoring at the residence approved by probation. MELANIE WILLIAMS-BETHEA is to report to the Probation Department at 500Pearl Street, 6th floor, on June 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM (following 14 days of self-quarantine) to have the GPS tracker affixed to her ankle (Signed by Judge Alison J.   • OPINION & ORDER as to Melanie Williams-Bethea re: (Document 169) EMERGENCY MOTION to Reduce Sentence filed by Melanie Williams-Bethea, (Document 172) LETTER MOTION addressed to Judge Alison J. Nathan from Julia Gatto dated May 29, 2020 re: Reply I n Further Support of Emergency Motion for Release filed by Melanie Williams-Bethea. For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS Ms. Williams-Bethea's motion for compassionate release. The Court therefore RESENTENCES Ms. Williams-B ethea to time served plus 36 months of supervised release under the conditions in the original judgment. The mandatory conditions, standard conditions, and special conditions of supervised release from the Defendant's original sentence are he reby imposed. The Court also imposes an additional condition of supervised release: Ms. Williams-Bethea is ordered to serve twelve months of the remaining portion of her original term of imprisonment under home detention. The Government is ORDERED to release Ms. Williams-Bethea (BOP Register Number 79902-054) from custody immediately. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer and submit a proposed order governing the conditions of the Defendant's release, including her period of 14 days of self-isolation, no later than June 3, 2020.
