The court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: The Court recommen ds that the defendant is housed at FCI Otisville or a facility as close as possible to the New York Metropolitan area to facilitate family visitation. The defendant shall surrender for service of sentence at the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons: before 2 p.m. on 1/3/2020. SUPERVISED RELEASE: 3 Years.
