IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Thomas Morton be released pending sentencing on the following conditions: A Personal Recognizance Bond in the amount of $150,000; home confinement enforced by electronic monitor ing at the residence of his aunt, Nicola Bryant, 117-15 Smith Street, Jamaica, New York 11434 (The defendant may leave this residence for necessary medical services.   • JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL as to Latique Johnson (1). THE DEFENDANT: was found guilty on counts 1,2,3,4,5 after a plea of not guilty. All open counts are dismissed on the motion of the United States. IMPRISONMENT: 25 years' imprisonment on Cou nt One; 20 years' imprisonment on Count Two; 10 years' imprisonment on Count Three; 25 years' imprisonment on Count Four, and five years' imprisonment on Count Five. The sentences on Counts One through Four will be served concur rently. The sentence on Count Five will run consecutive to the sentences imposed on Counts One through Four. The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
