ORDER: After due deliberation, and based on the Court's oral bench decision, it is hereby ORDERED that: the Defendant's (Document 14) motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED; the Plaintiff's (Document 11) motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED; and the Commissioner's determination that plaintiff was not disabled at the relevant times, and thus, is not entitled to benefits under the Social Security Act, is AFFIRMED.
