ORDER and REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re Dkt. # (Document 1) Complaint - Social Security Appeal: it is hereby RECOMMENDED that Plaintiffs motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. (Document 18) ) be GRANTED; and it is further RECOMMENDED that Defendants motion fo r judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. (Document 22) ) be DENIED; and it is further RECOMMENDED that the ALJs decision denying Plaintiff disability benefits be VACATED and the case be REMANDED pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for proceedings consistent with this Report-Recommendation; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve copies of this Report Recommendation on the parties in accordance with the Local Rules. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1), the parties have fourteen days within which to file written objections to the foregoing report. Such objections shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court.
