  • Opinion : Adversary complaint seeks to avoid tax sale foreclosure transfer of real property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 & 548. The Court finds that Debtor was not insolvent at the time of the transfer, and the transfer is not preferential under § 547. But, as Debtor became insolvent as a result of the transfer, the transfer may be avoided as a fraudulent transfer under § 548.
