Order - on Amended Application for Compensation for the debtor's attorney, the Jeppson Law Office. The Court grants Counsels request to approve the full flat fee amount of $6,175; the Court disallows fees in the amount of $5,230.50; and the Court allows additional attorney fees in the amount of $14,838.50 for services provided to Debtor and directs the Chapter 13 trustee to pay those fees from funds held on hand. Counsels request to allow this remaining balance as an administrative claim against the Debtors Chapter 7 estate is denied but is approved for payment by the Debtor. So ORDERED by /s/ Dennis R. Dow.
