Pl.’s Mot., ECF 2. In the Motion, Plaintiff asks that this  Court order the defendants to,inter alia, deposit collateral with Plaintiff, or, in the alternative,  prohibit the defendants from transferring “any assets” in the event that the defendants do not post  that collateral. Pl.’s Mem. Supp. Mot. 2, ECF 2-1. After considering the Motion and all related  papers, the Court finds that no hearing is necessary.SeeLoc. R. 105.6 (D. Md. 2021).  Accordingly, for the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff’s Motion isGRANTEDin part and  DENIEDin part.  I.  FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND  Plaintiff is an insurance company that is incorporated under Delaware state law and  maintains its principal place of business in the state of Connecticut.
