  • RULING ON TRUSTEE'S MOTION TO DISMISS (Re: (Document 23) Trustees Motion to Dismiss Case). The Court finds that the Debtors actions are an abuse of the bankruptcy process, requiring dismissal of this case for cause under § 1307(c) of the Code. The Court also finds that this case should be dismissed with prejudice under § 349(a), barring the Debtors from filing a bankruptcy case for a period of one year from the date of dismissal of this case.
