  • RULING AND ORDER Adopting the (Document 28) Report and Recommendation of the U.S. Magistrate Judge. The (Document 27) Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Major Loll's is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's excessive force claims against Major Lollis are hereby DI SMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's remaining claims for declaratory and injunctive relief against Defendants Secretary James LeBlanc and Warden Darrel Vannoy be and are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as MOOT. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction in connection with any potential state law claims, and this action be and is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Judgment shall be entered separately.
