ORDER granting (Document 91) Motion to Stay Discovery. Discovery is STAYED as it pertains to the Additional Defendants, including discovery sought by the Additional Defendants from Plaintiff, until the resolution of the Additional Defendants' (Document 90) Moti on to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. The deadlines in the Court's (Document 72) Scheduling Order are CONTINUED. Should a ruling be issued on the (Document 90) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint, counsel shall immediately contact the court so that appropriate action may be taken.
