CONCLUSION144  For the reasons set forth above, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’Motion for Class  Certification145 and appoints all Named Plaintiffs who are still living and currently housed  at LSP, and have fully exhausted administrative remedies at the time of the filing of this  lawsuit, as class representatives. The Court designates Plaintiffs’ counsel as Class  Counsel under Rule 23(g). The Class and Subclass are defined as follows: “all inmates  who now, or will be in the future, incarcerated at LSP” and “all qualified individuals with a  disability, as defined by the ADA/RA, who are now, or will be in the future, incarcerated  at LSP.”  The Court will set a Scheduling Conferenceby separate notice.
