Drys Motion for Summary Judgment on her claim of nondischargeability under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), be and hereby is, GRANTED. The state court Judgment in favor of Dry in the amount of $25,000 plus costs of $2,425.67 is not discharged. All other claims asserted in Drys Motion for Summary Judgment, be and hereby are, DENIED.
