In its complaint, WMB seeks to  hold the debts owed to it by the Debtor nondischargeable. Both WMB and the Debtor appeared at  trial and were represented by counsel. At the trial, the parties presented evidence, both written and  documentary. Upon consideration of the evidence presented, the Court enters the following  Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Fed. R. Bank. P. 7052.  FINDINGS OF FACT  Debtor is a 71 year old retired physician. During the course of this bankruptcy and adversary  proceeding, he retired from working due to several medical conditions, which among other things,  prevents him from driving a vehicle.
