MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. Defendants Motion for Protective Order (Document 29) and Motion to Modify (Document 30) are GRANTED IN PART as to draft pleadings and court filings prepared by trial counsel, and communication with counsel but only to the extent tho se communications relate to the bad faith claims or statutory damages alleged in this lawsuit (Counts III through VI of the Complaint). 2. Defendants Motion for Protective Order (Document 29) and Motion to Modify (Document 30) are DENIED IN PART as to Darouts cover age opinion, post complaint claim notes (to extent stated in order) and communications with trial counsel. 3. Standard Fire shall provide an updated privilege log and the discovery ordered to be produced herein within 30 days of the date of entry of this Order. (4) The undersigned enters this Memorandum Opinion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A). Within fourteen (14) days after being served with a copy of this Memorandum Opinion, either party may appeal this decision to Judge Hood. Signed by Magistrate Judge Matthew A.
