Given the Court's determination that Mr. Madison has not shown extraordinary and compelling reasons to justify his release, it need not d ecide whether he poses a danger to the community or whether the § 3553(a) factors weigh in favor of his release. For the reasons stated above, Mr. Madison's Motion for Compassionate Release, dkt. (Document 1366) , is denied. In addition, the United States' motion to dismiss, dkt.
