  • ORDER GRANTING IN PART and MOOTING IN PART (Document 73) Motion for Summary Judgment. It is granted as to Defendants Sanders, Jackson, and Finney on Counts 1, 2, and 3. Those Counts are DISMISSED with prejudice and judgment will be entered in Defendants' favor. The motion for summary judgment is mooted as to Defendants' argument regarding Plaintiff's right to compensatory damages. There being no claims or Defendants remaining in this action, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter judgment and close this case on the Court's docket.Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark A.
