Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendants Motion as unopposed under Local Rule 7.5 and STAYS this case pending a ruling on Defendants re (Document 22) motion to dismiss. Further, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk of C ourt to terminate the parties' re (Document 21) Rule 26(f) Report. This stay will be automatically lifted upon the issuance of a Court order ruling on Defendants motion to dismiss, if the case remains pending. Signed by Magistrate Judge Benjamin W.
