ORDER as to Penni Sherman: The defendant has sent to the Clerks office, pro se, the attached motion, which requests that the Court permit her to travel to Florida "as needed" during her remaining period of supervised release. However, the Court observes that defense counsel has not withdrawn his appearance, which means that he still represents the defendant. The Court will take no action based on the defendant's submission. Instead, the Court will rely on the defendant's counsel to review the correspondence and take whatever action counsel deems appropriate.
Signed by Judge Michael P. Shea on 9/1/23. (Attachments: # (Document 1) envelope) (Constantine, A.)
ORDER as to Penni Sherman: As set forth in the attached, the Court hereby accepts and adopts the Magistrate Judge's finding that the plea of guilty has been knowingly and voluntarily made and is supported by an adequate factual basis. The recommendation that the defendant's plea of guilty be accepted is hereby adopted. Accordingly, a finding of guilty will enter forthwith.
Signed by Judge Michael P. Shea on 11/25/2019. (Constantine, A.)
