JUDGMENT AND COMMITMENT by Judge Terry J. Hatter, Jr as to Defendant Kimlee Truong (1), Count(s) 1-4, Pursuant to the sentencing Reform Act of 1984, IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT that Defendant, KIMLEE TRUONG is committed on Counts 1-4 of the Indic tment to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of thirty-six (36) months, This tern consists of 36 months on each of Counts 1 through 4 of the Indictment to be served concurrently. Supervised Release for a term of three (3) years. This term to run concurrently. A special assessment of Four Hundred Dollars is due immediately.
