  • ORDER denying (Document 2) Motion for Preliminary Injunction; granting in part, denying in part, and holding in abeyance in part (Document 6) Motion to Dismiss. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is granted to the extent that the Court will abstain under Younger as t o the claims set forth in Section II of this Order. However, the Court will stay those claims instead of dismissing them. As to all of the other claims in the Complaint, the Court will address those claims in a subsequent order that analyzes and reso lves the Defendants' recently-filed Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint.
