ORDER directing the Clerk to prepare another summons for Correctional Officer Matt Hall and the U.S. Marshal is directed to serve the summons, (Document 2) Complaint, and this Order on Hall without prepayment of fees and costs. (Document 12) Motion for Order is grante d. The Court hereby orders PCDC to immediately preserve any video showing any part of the 9/17/2021 incident, including Hamilton being led to the telephone, Hamilton's telephone call, Hall's actions while Hamilton was on the phone, what occ urred after the phone call ended, including Hamilton's fall, and what transpired thereafter, until he was removed from the area of the fall.
