  • ORDER: Now pending before the Court is Plaintiff Alan Eugene Miller's Motion for Expedited Discovery. (Doc. (Document 90) .) The Defendants have filed a response in opposition, (Doc. (Document 93) ), and Miller was granted leave to file a reply, (Docs. (Document 95) , [96 ]). The motion is ripe for review. Miller has demonstrated good cause for expedited discovery, although not on the precise timeline he seeks. Accordingly, it is ORDERED as follows: Miller's motion is GRANTED IN PART to the extent set out furthe r in this order and DENIED in all other respects.
